If you are talented and passionate with a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a keen eye for aesthetics, then Darling Nikki Salon is the place for you. We’re offering full-time and part-time positions with flexible schedules. Our competitive commission structure includes a robust benefit package and free shear sharpening every 4-months.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with guests to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
Utilize VISH software for color management - we get granular so you can be GREAT!
Requirements
Current PA cosmetology license
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

At Darling Nikki, we believe stylists should focus on what they do best - creating incredible hair. That’s why we embrace a Concierge Management approach, handling all salon operations so our stylists can fully immerse themselves in our craft.
